Specification

The specification is the most important document in a software project. This document needs to combine the client's business requirements and the developer's technical decisions in such a way that both parties understand it. The client's domain of expertise is their business model; the developer's domain of expertise is their technical know-how; and they don't usually overlap. We work closely with every client to develop a deep understanding of their business in order to bridge this gap.

Design

When it comes to design, we use the most cost-effective process in the software industry: paper prototyping (recycled paper, of course). It takes seconds to explain a complex business process, introduce a new server into a network diagram or rearrange the elements of a web page. You'll even notice we use hand-drawn diagrams throughout our technical specifications, to keep the cost of change as low as possible.
